- 27-Nov-07 Geraldton Urban Ecovillage website made available on line.
- 25-Nov-07 Big day for the project - Geraldton Urban Ecovillage concept launched to a crowd in excess of 120 people at Conversations Restaurant from 2-5pm. It was a great day with a fantastic atmosphere. The beginning of a community.
- 15-Nov-07 Follow-up survey responses analysed
- 15-Oct-07 Project team meeting. It was officially determined that, based on the due diligence and research carried out, the Wells street site is a viable location for the creation of a world class urban ecovillage project.
- New phase of activitity was determined for the project including an Ecovillage Launch scheduled for Geraldton on the 25th of November
- 03-Sep-07 Follow-up survey administered on-line to gain a greater understanding of dominant preferences
- 23-Aug-07 Met with head planners at the City of Geraldton-Greenough. Once again there was much support and enthusiasm for a Urban Ecovillage on the Wells Street site.

- 22-Jun-07 122 valid responses to on-line survey collected by this time.
- 27-Apr-07 First draft of strategic plan completed
- 23-Apr-07 Potential ecovillage social survey administered on-line
- 01-Apr-07 Detailed strategic plan begun for potential ecovillage project
- 29-Mar-07 Had a feature and contour survey carried out on the site
- 12-Mar-07 Initial meetings with council indicates high level of support for potential ecovillage
- 01-Mar-07 Project team created to carry out due diligence on site and determine the viability as an ecovillge site team members: Paul Antonelli, Laura Fewster, Dominic and Vida Carlino and shortly after Luke Cruskall.
- 17-Feb-07 Site now fully serviced due to Infill program down Johnston Street
- 15-Jan-07 Options secured on the adjoining land, totalling 7 lots comprising a potential 4.6 hectare ecovillage development site
- 15-Jan-07 Through Greenedge Ethical Investment Fund - 13 investors purchase the three 1.6 hectare lots
- 31-Oct-06 Investors sought to invest in the land.
- 30-Aug-06 Adjoining land offered for sale totalling 4.6 hectares of land on entire site.
- 15-Aug-06 Offer placed on initial parcel of land on the Wells Street site
- 08-Aug-06 Antonelli family visit the Fewster family in Geraldton. Three blocks in total 1.6 hectares on Wells Street viewed and considered as an investment opportunity.
